Delivery

Our policy is to use as environmentally friendly packaging as possible. First we re-use the packaging in which we have received goods from our suppliers, once this has gone we use either recycled boxes or recycled padded envelopes depending on the size of your order. Boxes are padded out using Eco Flo biodegradable loose packaging peanuts which are 100% Biodegradable, Odourless & Dust Free. Boxes are sealed using biodegradable paper packing tape. When reusing packaging we have received we make every effort to remove all plastic, including all tape and fillers. We use no plastic at all when sending out products using our own packaging.

If 7 days has passed since your dispatch date please contact your local Post Office delivery office to ensure they aren’t holding the package for you. If they don’t have your package please contact us and we will do our best to track your package and if necessary send out a replacement.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours but most orders are dispatched within 24 hours

No, you can checkout as a guest although it is advisable to create an account. This allows you to see the progress of your order, view previous orders and edit shipping/billing details easily.

My Order

You can enter your coupon code when viewing your basket. The discount will then be deducted from the total order.

If you realise you enetered incorrect details when ordering please Contact Us as soon as possible so we can amend the order.

Payment

Your card will be charged as soon as your payment is accepted.

We use PayPal payment services for all our transactions. They accept most cards including:

You do not need a PayPal account to pay through Paypal

All prices in our shop are inclusive of VAT, where VAT is applicable

Returns

Ethical Ernie  makes every effort to ensure products arrive in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or faulty, customers should contact us as soon as possible to report the issue.

Customers will have the choice of receiving a refund for the item or being sent a replacement. If a replacement is requested a new product will be sent out along with a pre-paid label to return the original damaged or faulty item. If a refund is requested, either a pre-paid label will be sent to you for you to return the item or you may post the item back to us yourself. This will be communicated upon receipt of your refund request. Once the item has been received back by us a full refund will be issued including any additional postage costs you may have incurred.

At Ethical Ernie we want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, simply return the product to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
